Academic degrees

Rosario is member of the International Commission of the Council of Rectors of Chilean Universities and of LearnChile, an international higher education promotion network. She is a journalism graduate, has a degree in Social Communication from Universidad Diego Portales, Santiago, Chile, and holds a Master in Culture and Media Management from the Hochschule fuer Musik und Theater Hamburg, Germany. Her working experience includes media, universities and Higher Education networks in Costa Rica, Germany and Belgium. Has led international projects in the fields of education and culture in Europe, United States and Latin America. She speaks fluent English, German and Spanish.
