The Innovation Department manages the relationship between UANDES and the local and international productive sector, and the government, in order to contribute to the transfer of knowledge and technology to society, while promoting a positive attitude towards UANDES’ research and development. 

We are a highly trained group of professionals, and our goal and challange is to strengthen the technologies being developed, thus adding value to the research done at the University.

The UANDES Technology Transfer Office (TTO) seeks to support researchers in the development of new products and services and the technology transfer process, making these available to the local and international public and private sectors. We help researchers identify suitable business and marketing strategies for their inventions, and find potential partners and / or interested companies. We also provide guidance in relation to intellectual property and licensing, and the creation of spin-offs and joint ventures.
